TRANG DUE INDUSTRIAL PARK PHASE I AND II

Trang Due Industrial Park officially commenced operation in 2007, developed and invested in by Sai Gon – Hai Phong Industrial Park Corporation (SHP) as the infrastructure developer. Over nearly 15 years of establishment and development, Trang Due Industrial Park has become one of the largest and fastest-growing industrial parks in Hai Phong City. With its outstanding performance in investment attraction over nearly 20 years since its establishment, the Trang Due Industrial Park project was honored with the Outstanding Industrial Park Award 2022. At present, Trang Due Industrial Park phases I and II, with a total area of 401 hectares, have achieved 100% occupancy of their commercial land, and SHP is continuing to develop the Trang Due Industrial Park phase III project. The average annual export turnover of Trang Due Industrial Park is estimated at USD 12–14 billion, contributing thousands of billions of VND to the State's budget each year, and helping Hai Phong City become one of the leading localities in Vietnam in attracting FDI in recent years.
