TRANG DUE SUPPORTING INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER

I. SUBLEASED LAND FUND

The Trang Due Supporting Industrial Cluster was approved for investment policy by the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, as well as the approval of the investor, according to Decision No. 4370/QĐ-UBND dated November 20, 2024. According to the approved master plan, the Trang Due Supporting Industrial Cluster has a total area of 58.75 hectares, consisting of 12 industrial zones from CN1 to CN12. The project is located in Hong Phong and An Hoa communes, An Duong District, Hai Phong City. The project is scheduled to operate for 50 years from the date of the investment policy decision.

II. LOCATION

The Trang Due Supporting Industrial Cluster is located about 1.5 km from National Highway No. 10 and is adjacent to the Trang Due 1 & 2 Industrial Parks. This industrial cluster holds a strategic position, not only for the surrounding supply chain of the existing Trang Due Industrial Park but also for businesses in the economic triangle of Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Quang Ninh.
