Target industries

The target industries in the Trang Due 3 Industrial Park are Clean industries; High-tech industries; low-pollution industries; and sectors that align with the development orientation of Hai Phong city, based on Decision No. 1338/QĐ-UBND dated May 10, 2022, of the Hai Phong People's Committee on issuing a list of industrial projects encouraged and not encouraged for investment in Hai Phong city until 2025, with a vision for 2030, and Document No. 3456/BQL-QLĐT dated August 4, 2025, of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board regarding the sectors attracting investment in Trang Due 3 Industrial Park; industry codes are determined according to Decision No. 27/2018/QĐ-TTg dated July 6, 2018, of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Vietnam Economic Sector Classification System.
