Trang Due 3 Industrial Park

Trang Due 3 Industrial Park, with a total area of 652.73 hectares, received the Investment Policy Approval Decision No. 86/QĐ-TTg on January 14, 2025, approved by the Vietnam Prime Minister. Sai Gon - Hai Phong Industrial Park Corporation (SHP), a member of KinhBac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC), is the infrastructure investor and developer of the Trang Due 3 Industrial Park. The industrial park is granted an operation term until 2075. One of the key highlights of Trang Due Industrial Park is its strategic and convenient transportation location. Situated in An Truong and An Lao communes (formerly Truong Tho, Truong Thanh, An Tien, and Bat Trang communes, An Lao District, Hai Phong City), the industrial park is adjacent to National Highway no. 10 and approxiamately 8 km from the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway, offering excellent connectivity for logistics and access to major transport routes.

Trang Due 3 Industrial Park is oriented as a high-tech, multi-sector, and environmentally friendly industrial zone, with a focus on attracting key industries such as electric vehicle manufacturing, electronics and high-tech industries, and mechanical engineering, etc.
